Still Walking

It’s been just over 3 months since I have posted on here. A lot has happened to me in that time. Without going into unnecessary detail, I am sad to say that Greenspace Walking will just be me from now on as Harriet and I have decided to go our separate ways. I wish her the best of luck in everything she decides to do and I hope that one day, when the dust has settled and some time has passed, we can go walking again. I will always remember our adventures together.

But for the foreseeable future it will just be me and any of my friends that are silly / kind enough to join me on one of my journeys in the outdoors.

As you may have guessed, hits are now at an all time low and I have probably lost most of the regular readership that we spent the first few months building up. I am hoping to rectify this in the coming weeks.

Now that it’s just me, living a day-to-day life that has been totally turned upside down by recent events, my love for walking is perhaps even more important than ever. It has been a distraction and welcome relief from everything and I intend to walk, walk some more and keep walking until everything makes sense again.

I have a lot of new walks to show you and some old ones as well that I never got chance to post.

Some recent examples include a walk along the Oxford Canal (yes, I will still be doing a lot of canals), more of the Cotswold Way, the Thames Path, the Trent & Mersey Canal, a circular walk in the Peak District and many more.

Bear with me while I put everything together and will hopefully have something up soon. Thanks for you patience. It’s good to be back.

Best Regards,

Adam
